High Hill Securities, LLC (“HHS”) will soon be a FINRA registered broker dealer allowing it to apply for membership with the Fixed Income Clearing Corp (“FICC”) after capitalization is solidified. HHS will be subject to the regulatory laws of the SEC and membership rules of the FICC.
